By accessing or using Tradeverse ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tradeverse.
Tradeverse is a comprehensive cloud-based trading journal and analytics platform designed for traders. Our Service includes tools for trade tracking, performance analysis, strategy backtesting, and AI-powered insights. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.
To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must immediately report any suspected unauthorized access or security breach to your account. Tradeverse is not responsible for any losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials or from unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or for any other reason we determine necessary to protect the Service and other users.
Tradeverse offers multiple subscription tiers (Lite, Pro, Enterprise) with varying features and pricing. All subscription fees are charged in advance according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual).
All subscription fees are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you authorize Tradeverse to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees and taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription and ensuring timely cancellation if you no longer wish to use the Service.
You maintain full ownership of all data, information, and content you upload or create within the Service. By using the Service, you grant Tradeverse a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service.
While we implement industry-standard backup and security measures, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own data backups. Tradeverse is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unavailability.
You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or infringes upon the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any such content and take appropriate action, including account termination.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, code, designs, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and other materials, are owned by Tradeverse or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works, or publicly display any portion of the Service without our express written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRADEVERSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Tradeverse is a trading journal and analytics tool only. We do not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, financial guidance, or guarantee any trading outcomes. All trading and investment decisions are made solely by you at your own risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tradeverse, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users through email or prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
