All sales are final. Tradeverse does not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations for any subscriptions or services purchased.

1. Digital Service Policy

Tradeverse is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. Once you subscribe to our service and gain access to the platform, we do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service
  • Non-usage of the platform
  • Technical issues that are resolved through our support team
  • Upgrade or downgrade requests
  • Account cancellation requests
  • Failure to use the service within a certain time period

2. Subscription Terms

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before renewal if you do not wish to continue
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription period
  • Refunds will not be issued for subscription upgrades or downgrades

3. Free Trial Period

If you are eligible for a free trial period, you may cancel your subscription before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once you are charged, no refunds will be provided. It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial period expires.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary service interruptions. These interruptions do not entitle you to a refund.

5. Account Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until the end of your paid subscription period.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in immediate account suspension and may be considered a violation of our terms of service. We reserve the right to take legal action against fraudulent chargebacks.
