Need help with basic chart setup

Hey guys, I'm a complete beginner and struggling to set up my charts. I've read a lot about different time frames and settings but I'm not sure what's best for me. Can anyone recommend a good starting point for a beginner? Should I start with a single chart or multiple ones? And which time frames are most useful for day trading? Any advice would be super helpful!
